Want to join a leading independent real estate consultancy with an all together different approach?
We are looking for an experienced, efficient, and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join us after another fantastic year across our real estate sectors. Due to exponential growth, we need a strong Chartered Surveyor to facilitate the delivery of exceptional service across a varied commercial client base.
As a result of Hollis’ desire to continue expanding our surveying team, we have created this new role within our North West team. We are keen to hear from anyone able to hit the ground running and motivated to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
- Focus on carrying out surveying instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect analysis etc.
- Provide support to commercial clients in a broad range of industries i.e industrial, office and retail
- Project Lead duties including responsibility for taking an instruction from its start to finish
- Provide excellent client care, meet client needs, provide advice and manage expectations
- Business Development and Client Care awareness
- In due course, support Partners in the delivery of client growth plans and line management and development of graduate/apprentice surveyors
Your Profile
Experience
- MRICS
- Ability to hit the ground running as a project lead, taking ownership of dilapidations, TDD and professional Building Surveying instructions
- Experienced with commercial real estate, ideally in a consultancy
- Excellent presenting, communication and report writing skills
