ESG Consultant, Amsterdam

The Vacancy

Due to continue growth within our ESG group we have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant to join our team in Amsterdam.

The key responsibilities for the role:

• Support the delivery of general ESG related services in the Netherlands including but not limited to:
• Due diligence reports
• Life Cycle Assessments
• Certifications
• Deliver BREEAM pre-assessments and gap analysis for projects in the Netherlands
• Support with the delivery of decarbonisation reports to support clients with their net zero goals.

Skills & Experience required:

• Degree in an building surveying, architecture, engineering, sustainability or relative experience
• 1-2 years of work experience focused on making a more sustainable built environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (Basic German/Spanish/French are a plus)
• Familiarity with the BREEAM certification and sustainable buildings
• Is passionate about a Sustainable Built Environment
• Demonstrates a wider understanding of complex sustainability problems associated with a range of built environment issues and identify appropriate solutions through sound sustainability principles
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Driving licence
• Required to have the ability to work within a team and on own initiative
• Must be enthusiastic proactive and self-motivated
• Must have strong verbal and numerical skills and good written skills
• Requires excellent time management and general organisation skills
• Is required to be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure
• Have a can-do attitude

• LEED AP
• Fitwel Ambassador
• WELL AP
• IES level 5 assessor
• EPC assessor
