This is a vital role designed to expand the team and support with the delivery of a variety of exciting, innovative projects and help nurture our existing client base.

Main responsibilities: 

·        End-to-end project management of large-scale commercial projects including specifications, reports, tenders/bids and liaising with internal and external contractors 

·        Act as the face of Hollis and contribute to the growth of our project management team across various sectors (industrial, office, hospitality etc.) 

·        Support senior Project Managers to deliver refurbishment, fit-out and new build real estate projects

·        Integrate and work closely with existing Associates and Director leads to facilitate exceptional product delivery  and manage client relationships

·        Support the continued growth and development of a strong, dynamic team within the Leeds office on a social and professional level 

Key requirements 

·        Experience with Project Management instructions across a variety of commercial real estate sectors beneficial, particularly office, retail and industrial

·        Based in, or a knowledge of, the local North-West market

·        MRICS, APM or desire to work towards in the future  

·        Dynamic, forward-thinking, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work 

·        Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for travel
