All about the role
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate, who’s recently completed or is studying towards either a BSc or MSc in Construction Project Management to join Hollis. The successful candidate will start with Hollis in summer 2026. Please note that this role will be based in either our Liverpool or Manchester office.
Introducing an amazing opportunity for a Graduate Project Manager. Join our well-established, expert teams and assist them in all aspects of project management. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the ongoing success and evolution of Hollis.
We’ll also enrol you onto our APC programme from the jump and start working towards chartership.
Your day to day:
Support project work (typically ranging from £50k to over £7million) where the firm performs the role of designer, contract administrator, project manager or an employer’s agent.
Manage the information exchange between project team members effectively
Assist with the delivery of projects of all sizes, with a view to taking ownership of smaller projects within 12 months.
Attend site visits and meetings.
Assist with the drafting of key project documents.
Act autonomously within given constraints and seek approval from experienced staff when needed.
Assist in presenting the projects status
Maintain awareness of current and evolving issues in the sector
Provide concise and accurate reports, covering technical aspects of project delivery
Assist in the bid process
Meet target KPIs on work in progress management including hours into work in progress.
Business Development and client care awareness.
Adherence to Health & Safety procedures
Independence around your own continuous professional learning
Respect company values and culture.
Your skills and experience:
Degree or MSc in Construction Project Management.
RICS or CIOB accredited degrees are preferable.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to learn from others and actively seek advice.
Clean driving license (desired but not essential).
Able to work within a team and independently.
Strong verbal, written and numerical skills.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
