Key responsibilities:
Implement and monitor cloud solutions for performance, cost, and security.
Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to implement robust security measures.
Develop automation scripts for efficient cloud resource management.
Provide technical guidance on complex Azure infrastructure issues.
Stay current with Azure services and assess their relevance to our business.
Document and maintain cloud architectures and configurations.
Manage backup and recovery processes in collaboration with the team.
Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Help define technical standards and support protocols.
Assist the IT Service Desk with hardware, software, and networking issues.
Take ownership of assigned technical projects.
Support mobile device management and app deployment.
Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Experience with Intune deployment.
3+ years working in Azure cloud environments, ideally within professional services.
Strong grasp of cloud computing and emerging tech trends.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Meraki Wireless and switching, Sophos XG Firewalls, Sophos Endpoint Protection, and Mimecast.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
You profile:
